The Embodied Women’s Circle is a chance to slow down and connect to your body, your inner self and with like minded women in an empowering, supportive and inclusive online gathering.

The intention for my circles is to create an open, nurturing and sacred space for women to come together, explore their inner worlds and connect to their authentic selves. I strive to create a space where women feel safe to be vulnerable, to share without judgement and to be seen, heard and understood.

My women’s circles include gentle movement, mind-body tools and somatic practices to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and promote overall wellbeing. You will learn tools and practices that will help you continue to explore and weave embodiment into your daily life.

I will guide you through a beautiful meditation and visualisation practice along with journaling, self-reflection and intuitive practices to help you connect with your true self and inner wisdom.

  • Absolutely! The Embodied Women's Circle is designed to be inclusive and welcoming to women of all backgrounds and experiences, including those who may be new to women's circles, embodiment and personal development.

    Whether you're completely new to this experience or have attended similar gatherings before, you'll find our circle to be a supportive and nurturing space for your journey of self-discovery and empowerment.

  • Participation in sharing or speaking during the session is entirely optional and based on your comfort level. While we encourage active participation as a way to connect with the group and deepen your experience, we also respect each individual's boundaries and preferences.

    There will be the chance to share throughout the session both via the chat bar, and by speaking.

    If you prefer to listen and hold space for others without actively participating in sharing or speaking, that's completely okay. You are welcome to engage in the practices and activities offered during the session at your own pace and in a way that feels authentic to you.

    My priority is to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, heard and valued. Whether you choose to actively participate or prefer to remain more reserved, your presence is appreciated, and you will be warmly welcomed in the Embodied Women's Circle.

  • Absolutely! Online gatherings offer a convenient and accessible way to connect with others, and connection can be deeply felt and experienced through a virtual experience.

    When women come together with the intention to connect authentically and support one another, the energy of the group transcends physical barriers. Even though you may be miles apart, the shared intention creates a powerful sense of presence and connection.

    Furthermore, engaging in shared practices such as meditation, somatics, movement and group discussions can deepen the sense of connection among participants. These practices create a shared experience and rhythm that unites the group, regardless of physical location.

  • Sessions are £15, and will last between 1.5 and 2 hours.

  • You can book a session through the online calendar above. Once you have booked a session you will be sent a confirmation email with a link to join the class in zoom.
