This is layered, nervous-system-led work that honours your unique history and pacing. Rather than forcing change, we create the conditions for softening, integration, and meaningful shifts that arise from safety, attunement and connection.
I blend “top-down” tools like subconscious and cognitive processes, with “bottom-up” somatic practices that support regulation and embodiment. Together, this supports a more integrated experience – across body, mind and emotions.
Alongside this inner process, you’ll develop practical ways of meeting daily life – stress, relationships, health challenges, and decisions – with greater self-trust and choice.

I’m offer an integrative, mind-body approach to coaching that honours the connection between your thoughts, emotions, body, and nervous system.
I draw on a range of holistic tools and practices including meridian tapping (EFT / FasterEFT), somatic work, inner child and parts work, and mindfulness-based techniques.
Every session is unique – I hold a compassionate space where I listen deeply and respond intuitively to your needs, blending coaching and inquiry in a way that feels right for you.

Emotional freedom techniques (EFT) & FasterEFT™
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), often referred to as “tapping,” is a powerful practice that involves stimulating specific acupressure points to calm the nervous system and shift emotional responses. FasterEFT™ is a neuroplasticity based modality that blends meridian tapping (EFT), subconscious reprogramming, somatic awareness, NLP and trauma resolution to support emotional healing and create lasting change.
By working with the deeper patterns held in the mind and body, these approaches support the processing and integration of unresolved emotions, stored stress, and limiting beliefs – helping you reconnect with yourself and shift what’s been keeping you stuck.
This gentle yet transformative approach allows us to reconnect with parts of ourselves that were hidden, lost, or frozen, fostering deep healing, integration, and a renewed sense of wholeness. It works across cognitive, emotional, and physical levels, helping to regulate the nervous system while cultivating inner safety, resilience, and balance.
Inner Child & Parts Work
Inner child and parts work offer powerful ways to explore the different aspects of your inner world – the younger parts shaped by early experiences, and the protective patterns developed to keep you safe.
Inner child work focuses on reconnecting with the emotional and developmental stages of your younger self – the places where core needs may not have been fully met. By meeting these tender parts with compassion, we can begin to process early wounds, soften patterns of self-protection, and cultivate deeper self-love and connection.
Parts work brings awareness to the protective strategies and internal roles you've developed over time – such as the inner critic, the perfectionist, or the part that shuts down in overwhelm. These parts are not problems to fix, but wise expressions of how you’ve learned to survive. By listening to them with curiosity, we begin to integrate what’s been fragmented, restoring inner balance and trust.
Together, these approaches help create a more compassionate inner landscape – one where all parts of you are welcomed, understood, and supported.
somatic practices & Body-based awareness
Somatic practices are therapeutic approaches that support the connection between mind and body, with an emphasis on developing gentle awareness of physical sensations. These practices help you reconnect with yourself at a pace that feels safe, while building emotional resources for grounding, soothing, and self-regulation.
When we learn to listen to the body in this way, we begin to recognise how emotions, stress, and protective patterns are held physically – and we can start responding to the deeper needs and wisdom that arise. This creates space for healing from the inside out: releasing stored tension, restoring a sense of balance, and supporting deeper self-connection.
Informed by polyvagal theory, these practices gently support nervous system regulation and expand your capacity to meet life’s challenges with greater resilience. Over time, they help build nervous system flexibility, widen your window of tolerance, and foster a deeper sense of self-trust and inner stability.
