Coaching Terms & Conditions

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Coaching services are non-refundable. Corinne Elizabeth is here to support you in reaching your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching sessions.

Choosing a coach should not be a hasty decision, it is important to find a good fit - which is why Corinne Elizabeth offers a free, no-obligation discovery call. It is recommended that you take a discovery call with Corinne Elizabeth before committing to paid coaching sessions.

Should you need to reschedule or cancel a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours' notice in advance of your session time. You can reschedule your appointment by clicking the change / cancel appointment button in the confirmation email from Acuity scheduling or by emailing us directly at hello@corinne-elizabeth.com.

Unfortunately, if sessions are canceled within 48 hours or if you do not show up for your session the full fee will be taken.

Emergencies and special circumstances will be handled on an individual basis.

payment terms

Fees are payable in advance of each coaching session and will be required to arrange a coaching appointment and/or to book a coaching package. Where payment has not been received in advance of a coaching session Corinne Elizabeth is not obliged to provide the session.

Fees can be paid online by debit or credit card using the secure “Stripe” payments gateway linked to the “Acuity Scheduling” bookings platform.

Confidentiality

All information supplied by clients in coaching sessions will be treated as strictly confidential. It will not be disclosed to a third party without the client’s prior permission, unless where required by law, or where action might be necessary to prevent harm to the client or someone else.
