Mind-Body Coaching Sessions & Packages

I offer integrative mind-body coaching that combines neuroplasticity-based techniques, meridian tapping, somatic healing, inner child work and mindfulness to support you in moving out of survival mode and into a life of balance, resilience, and self-connection. My approach is trauma-informed, flexible, and centred around nervous system regulation and internal safety.

Whether you choose single sessions or a flexible package, we’ll work at your pace – allowing time for integration and growth between sessions. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, guiding you on a path of healing and transformation.

  • Single 75-minute session – £145

  • 4-session package (5 hours total) – £520 (£130 per session)

  • 8-session package (10 hours total) – £960 (£120 per session)
    A 2 month payment option is available for the 8-session package.

    Sessions are held online via Zoom, so they’re easy to fit around your schedule and take place in the comfort of your own space.

    What we explore will be different for everyone. It’s a bit like peeling back the layers of an onion – gently uncovering what’s ready to be seen, felt, or shifted in a way that feels safe and manageable. You don’t need to prepare anything or have it all figured out – we follow what’s present and let the process unfold at your pace.

    Integration is a key part of the work. Each session ends with personalised recommendations to support continued change, and you’ll receive a follow-up email with tools and practices to help you carry the shifts into daily life.

  • Single 1:1 mind-body coaching sessions are non-refundable.

    If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. You can do this using the “change/cancel appointment” link in your Acuity confirmation email, or by emailing me directly at hello@corinne-elizabeth.com.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session time are subject to a £50 late cancellation fee. If you don’t attend your session and haven’t provided notice, the full session fee will be charged.

    That said, I understand that life can be unpredictable. Emergencies or exceptional circumstances will always be considered with care – please don’t hesitate to reach out.

  • Yes! All of my sessions are conducted online through Zoom, so I am able to work with a global, international community. When you book a discovery call or session with me via my online booking system, the calendar availability will be shown in your own time zone to avoid any confusion.
